Check in from 3pm to 10pm (unless by prior arrangement)
Check out time is 11 am

Cancellation policy:

Flexible cancellation:

Bookings can be cancelled by 12 noon, 48 hours prior to arrival free of charge. Bookings cancelled within the cancellation policy will be charged for 1st night only

Advance Purchase:

A credit or debit card is required to charge full pre payment at the time of booking. This is non refundable and non transferable

Children and extra bed policy:

The maximum occupancy of in our bedrooms is 2 adults however we are able to accommodate 1 child under 3 in a travel cot. We have a limited number of travel cots available so please request at time of booking as subject to availability. Please feel free to bring your own travel cot and bedding

Credit cards:

The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard & Amex. Diners Club is not accepted

Damages:

An additional cleaning cost will be applied in the event of damage to linen and/or any furnishings. Should a room require excessive cleaning, appropriate charges will be made. Any additional damage to property within The Eliot Arms will be at the cost of the guest

Internet:

WiFi is available in the bedrooms and the public areas and is free of charge

Parking:

There is limited parking onsite

Pets:

Dogs are allowed (subject to availability) in the bedrooms however we welcome them in our bar and outside areas

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the pub or bedrooms. Please use the specified area.

Room keys:

Please leave room keys at Reception if going out for the day and at check out. Lost keys will be charged at £35.00

VAT:

VAT at the current rate is included
Service charge is not applicable
